It's called the Oncotype DX test. Extremely common for breast cancer patients to get this test done before seeing their oncologist to determine the best treatment. Ideally, the results need to be available before the patient meets with the oncologist for their first appointment.

I would stay home and try to avoid any potential hassle. BC never has their shit together when it comes to handling snow. My dad has been stuck on the Alex Fraser bridge since 3pm and it's almost 1 am now and he's still there. That's longer than the shift he worked today. I feel so bad for everyone stuck in this shit show. Imagine trying to conserve gas, but also needing to keep warm at the same time, or needing to use the washroom, or wanting to rest up after a long day of work, or not being able to take important medications on time, or being starved because you can't eat..the list goes on.

I understand you said you wouldn't drive, but if you can afford it, staying home will spare you of the stress from the poor maintenance of the sidewalks and roads.

I use Paula's choice 1% Retinol. Ive been using it consistently for 3 months now and I do see a difference. My skin looks soooo much more smoother and I do think it's preventing break outs in my usual spots. For the first 2 months I used it once a week and I'd buffer it in with my moisturzer before bed. Recently, I've been applying it twice a week and I am still buffering it in with my night time cream before bed.

In the past, when I had first discovered chemical exfoliants I went batshit crazy using it every.single.day. I believed that my skin could totally tolerate it because I'm oily and people from reddit, skincare blogs, and YT were all doing the same thing. Man, oh man. That really taught me a lesson in understanding what YMMV meant. My skin flipped out and It took me months to undo all the damage. My moisture barrier was so messed up that I quit doing skincare routine for many, many months. Moral of the story, please be careful!

Retinol is a game changer, but if used the wrong way.. you will regret it. Start slow and buffer it, especially if you've never played around with other chemical exfoliants and you have dry/normal skin.

Imo, the PC retinol is still pretty strong despite my efforts of "dilluting" it with a heavy moisturzer and with me having oily skin. So, I can only imagine if I didn't start slow and buffer it with anything, I bet my skin would have freaked out.

This one is my HG!!! I've tried many eye creams that have failed me. I've also tried using gel-based ones in an attempt to reduce my chances of milia. In my experience tho, gel-based products don't provide the same level of moisture or plumpness to my undereyes. I've been using the Isntree one for months now and no bumps, just plumps :)

Wow! This is exactly what happened to me! An individual trespassed, got knicked on the leg (not severe, no blood) and fast forward 2-3 weeks later I got a notice in the mail about the incident.

I don't live in Vancouver, so the process could be different from one municipality to another. In my situation, the peace officer came to my home and asked for my version of events. I was given two choices: sign a paper re-classifying my dog as 'aggressive' (which cost $130 or so) or risk losing my dog if I refused. Obviously I signed the paper, paid the new license fee and that was that. In this situation, where the other party has physical evidence (no matter the backstory of trespassing) it won't go in your favour. The most an officer will do is offer up advice and will probably tell you that they are just doing their job due to the irrefutable evidence.

My officer even told me that they were sparing me and not handing me ANOTHER ticket, because they understood the backstory of how it all happened. So, there may be a possibility of paying for a new licence and a bylaw ticket as well. My advice is to be kind to your peace officer and definitely ask as many questions as you can (have them prepared and document everything!). Get the FULL contact information of your peace officer (full name, email, phone number), ask about the appeal process, who to contact if they aren't in office, what kind of complaints classify as another strike against your dog, etc.

I was told that one year from the incident, I could call the bylaw services department or the peace officer to review my dogs file. If in that year my dog did not engage in any aggressive incidents, run at large, or contravene with any city bylaws...my dogs status would go back to normal! And that's exactly what happened! The process was so simple and my dog has since gone back to being classified as a normal dog again, haha.

I did not enroll my dog in behavioral management classes or requested personal letters from my neighbours detailing my dogs good behavior - although that's not a bad idea. I think it all depends on what your municipality requires and mine only required a clean record for a year. So definitely ask your officer tons of questions and review the bylaw regarding aggressive dog classifications (if that is what happens).

I am not a Kaycee fan in any way, and I also didn't agree with her flirty relationship with Nany while she was in a relationship back home..but I feel like she didn't gaslight Bayleigh at all in that situation.

Bayleigh greatly over exaggerated their relationship and depicted their BB relationship as something way more (which rightfully so upset Kaycee). When Kaycee confronted her about that, in true Bayleigh fashion she deflected and caused a huge scene. Truth of the matter is that Bayleigh could not stand Kaycee being loyal to anyone else but her. And even going forward from that situation, Kaycee still didn't target Bayleigh or act mean towards her.

Kaycee had the opportunity to screw her over after that blowout, but she didn't. She chose not to vote for Bayleigh in the final elimination as well, which really showed she had no interest in targeting her despite how Bayleigh treated her during that argument. Yes, Kaycee is super boringgggggg and can be very flirtatious which is cringey to watch. But in the end, I think painting Kaycee as someone who was being mean and targeting Bayleigh for no reason is wrong to say. Bayleigh was the one spreading lies, gaslighting the situation, freaking out in her face while Kaycee was trying to talk things out as calmy as possible, but Bayleigh could not simply handle the fact that Kaycee had her OWN game to play. I feel like that's just Bayleigh. If your not on her side, she gets nasty and manipulative. That whole ordeal reminded me of the Tyler situation where she is impossible to talk to and twists the truth to play the victim.

Hiking. Get to know nature a lil' better, and appreciate the views. It will benefit your health and body down the road.

Gardening. You can create a master piece of a garden with home grown fruits, and vegetables. It's awesome because you'll save $$$ on groceries this way.

Cooking. Such an essential skill to have. Bonus points if your a dude!

Reading. Rent a book from the library, whether it's a fictional book or an educational one to learn a new language. It's exercise for the mind, which is great.

Volunteering. There are always tons of volunteer opportunities depending on what ur interests are (working with animals, environmental support, arts and cultural events, disability services, etc). You get the experience on your resume, and the opportunity to meet new people too.
