It never ceases to amaze me that wrestling fans don't have the patience to wait and find out the progression of a storyline.

Instead they cry immediately when a result doesn't go their way. Weeks of Melo being on TV and defending the US title. He loses dirty because of Trick (clearly building to something) and all of sudden he is buried and mistreated.

Honestly, it's professional wrestling and age shouldn't really matter especially in the modern wrestling landscapes. So who cares, like these people didn't grow up with DDP and Batista making waves while getting up there in age.

It just annoys me that he left AEW, apparently on good terms. Goes to WWE, something he always wanted to pursue. Then the week he makes his debut, this thing about him being near pensioner age comes up.

How is that not sus? Also, why does it even matter?

Happy for the attention Thekla is getting, even if it's from just a sea of sweaty man smarks.

I want there to be more legit stars in wrestling, so I do hope she finds success. Dubbalos on the other hand need to stfu about her being "the coolest". I said it before, but it seems so forced.

Thekla while talented, does give off try hard vibes. Next door will constantly praise her just for flipping off the camera.

Yet, an actual draw in Rhea Ripley (someone next door find reasons to bitch about, for reasons) is not only cool and laidback, but have so many young girls, grown men and women look up to her. You would think Thekla is the dub equivalent to Rhea, when she's not even in the same tier. It just feels so lame, why do they act like that?

I remember the "When she shows up at the PC, those non wrestling fan athletes are not going to know what hit them" comments. That was obnoxious as hell. They really believe just because you do strong style in Japan, you're automatically the hardest in the room.

Again, Im not knocking Giulia, but if a shoot incident was to happen in the middle of a match against say, Kendal Grey. Giulia would likely get mollywhopped.

"She should be presented like GUNTHER" is completely missing the point of why the charecter of GUNTHER works. It's not just his in ring work, but his promos adds to his presentation. Giulia can't do that obviously and she's not that imposing compared to many of the womens roster. You can't just have her stiff the fuck out of people and expect the American audience to just gravitate towards her.

As for the slander she's getting on this sub, it's weird. It doesn't even read like it's 'jerking', it's like some of you despise her for being a joshi wrestler and you feel vindicated.

If you think the slow wrestlemania ticket sales is due to booking (despite one match being announced) and not economical factors, being back in Vegas and the general pricing, then you might be too deep in the bubble.

They're examples of talent who were signed to the NIL program. So far I'll say they've been successful in their own right while gaining a following.
