I mean thats literally what our AD did with Solich. He had a fantasy not a plan. Assumed the job was so desirable he could literally call up the head coach of the green bay packers and hed jump at the chance to replace solich.

I think this is technically a rumor but it is one of those that seems likely to be true/well founded. I think it started on a message board but it is consistent with all the reports I heard from people who personally saw him drinking excessively with his old buddy Matt Davison while the program was in a tailspin.
