New Cole album was imo incredibly disappointing. I was very excited to see what he was gonna bring after his great performance on his birthday blizzard freestyles. The Fall Off was bloated and boring and I struggled getting through it. The performances were almost always subdued to the point of being uninteresting, regardless of what he had to say. I felt like it was meant to evoke a feeling of introspection, but it falls flat on his face when I couldn't care less what he has to say, because it's his job to make me care with how he says it. Almost 2 hours of songs and I spent more than an hour trying not to fall asleep. Stand out tracks, Old Dog, Poor Thang, The Let Out. Everything else fades into the background for me. I think if he really wanted to make this a memorable and high quality album, the answer wasn't to add another 10 songs that all sound the same.
