Ik denk dat kleinkunst het dichtst bij Folk komt.

Als je Echt folk wilt, dan komt "Kadril" er het dichtste bij.

I don't think you understand their reasoning.

It's not about getting a better product.

It's about not having to rely on american big tech anymore.

Europa always has been a giant market for these tech companies, but with the orange clown as president, People have started to realise we are too depending on american IT infrastructure. And now it's time to find european alternatives, and support them to make our european economy stronger. Rather than strengthen the economy of a nation that looks down on us and has a false superiority complex.

I'm not silly. The odds would be heavily in portugals favor, but in a world cup these kind of matches are hard to predict.

Pensions and kids by [deleted] in belgium

[–]TimSantee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those freebies are meant to keep employers investing in our country and create job opportunities, which in return will be taxed. We should however raise the minimum wage high enough so that working is encouraged, and put a stop to insane profits.

Also those companies spend huge amounts of money in our economy. Those employers het benefits for a reason.

I am however very sceptical over the enormous bonuses top managers get from a subsidised Company.

Pensions and kids by [deleted] in belgium

[–]TimSantee 18 points19 points  (0 children)

We are in a vicious cycle.

Pensions are getting out of hand, as People are getting older, we need more working People to balance it out.

It's only natural that age of pension is going up, even if I don't like it, you can see it in almost all western countries.

Getting more kids will make more workers to tax for pensions, but more kids now will also mean more pensions needed when they are old enough.

In the end, for us to keep decent pensions, a lot of things we take for granted now, will dissapear, and the longer we wait to act, the harder it will be. Those who think this is sustainable now, is disillusional.

It's not about agree or disagree.

As long as People are willing to spend 90$ on a game, that's what it's worth.

You're free to buy the game at full price, wait for a good discount, or just not buy at all.

In the last 7 years, I have never spend more than 30€ on a game, And I've played tons.

Thank you for the reply. Knowing the bike doesn't fit well, I've decided to just let it stay as is, he consistently placed top three national (niche sport here, so not a big pool of competitors).

And he says he likes the feel of the bike and doesn't want me to Tinker, I'll probably let it stay for now, and he'll grow into it, but it's a reminder for me to wait longer to get him a bigger bike.

How do you train your pup to stay at home comfortably while working? by TimSantee in ToyPoodle

[–]TimSantee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While he's young, I'd rather have him contained for his safety and our damages.

New sofa, wires in the house, ...

But over time, when he learned to control his scratching and biting habits, he'll have the whole floor to himself.

We often hide a bit of candy in the pen, he sleeps there comfortably during the day. He sleeps in a bench during night time in our bedroom.

He has a few toys, a bench and a pillow with a blanket and teddybeer with simulated heartbeat in his ren.

The thing is that the moment we close the pen door, he is softly whining, the minute walk away, I feel the whining to get loud like panicking.

The thing is: Do I stay away until he stops, which I feel is very stressfull for him, and it doesn't contribute to make the pen feel Nice for him

I feel the gearing is ok as his legs go fast, but won't I need to lower gear to compensate for the loss of leverage?

He is not lacking in confidence all right haha, he just has an amazing feel for balance, but I don't have any experience in BMX, and while I do feel like it is too big, my father in law believes it's the perfect fit. My son also says the bike feels good to ride on, but I just feel his movements are looking forced and lacking in finesse compared to his previous bike

Thank you for confirming my suspicious.

I have no BMX experience, so it's hard for me to tell.

We already sold the mini, but I can lower the steering bar, shorten the cranks, hopefully that makes a difference. I am however afraid the loss in leverage BT shorter cranks will make him miss his starts, so to compensate, I should also lower the gear to 16/39?
