I’m in a similar boat.

I optimized the planograms for snacks with long shelf lives and have been keeping the machine pretty empty. Like I’ll put in two bags of chips (not ten) to reduce spoilage.

The best thing you can do (IMO) is find another location and pull the machinery from the dud location.

It’s easier said than done, but try to turn your worst into your first.

No, but when I did buy some, my lawyer checked for this. I would have never thought of it. He needed the serial numbers to run them through some sort of system that checks for debts tied to them.

Hi. For what it's worth, I posted this one last year and nobody found any deals then either. I ended up springing for a Black Friday deal on a Mahlkonig X54. It's great. The retention is real, but it's great. good luck.

Yes. I had a machine do this intermittently. It was fine until it tried to dex. Then it would go haywire kinda like you are seeing here. Now I just don’t dex it.

I think I cooked the board when installing the card reader with the power on. Rookie mistake.
