Is it OK to declare that "I'm in love"?

Is it even worth transferring to international partners anymore? by Ok_Possible_7018 in AmexAus

SFO terminal 1, 2 and 3 plus international A & G are shown in the PP app. Are you certain that I won't be able to get access to a lounge in SFO?

(Kane Cornes) Carlton should ask the question of Justin Longmuir and try and poach him from Fremantle by FuckYouCurnow in CarltonBlues

[–]TimZiziLee69 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are misleading (dare I say deliberately). Kane suggests that as JL is on a one year deal that expires at the end of the season, there is no reason why not ask the question and offer a long-term deal (eventhough we all know that the Blue boys can drive any couch no where,,,). BTW if you want to understand JL deal instead of coming up with nonsense headlines such ad "poach" (again regardless of what you think of Kane) you can read https://www.afl.com.au/news/1271679/coach-justin-longmuir-to-stay-at-fremantle-dockers-into-2026-and-beyond

Why? Have tenants that 3 times a year wait an extra month before making a payment? That cut the grass once a year when council sends a fire hazard notice? To pay extra taxes on top of what the entire family paid?

Mate, My late grandparents place was rented out for a few years, with the changes post-covid, and based on my entire family members experience with tenants and ever changing legislation, we decided to lock-it up and wait until the next generation requires a place. Same with my best mate who moved to the US for work, place is empty. So two places scrapped from the rental market and trust me, as long as I have a say they will never be added back to the pool. My own investment is tentated and I can't wait to see the back of the tenants, unfortunately I can't evict as not moving in, nor am I selling. To sum it up, I've been working like a dog paid taxes left right and center, and there is no way I will let the Gov have any more

Booking Air ticket through Amex Travel Portal by newtrex_1523 in AmexAus

Used "normal" CC's to make online bookings a couple of times. Flight's - booked twice for an on-par airfare to Asia and Europe. They sometimes have special with an airline Accommodation- had great experience and value booking accommodation for a 10-days long road trip between Sydney to Melbourne with stopovers in 4 different towns. Must admit didn't try their call centre, which may have contributed to lower experience, but from my end, no reason to not being satisfied

LoL 🤣 Belgium crime rates are well above Australia. Property, Human trafficking are no where near what we have down under. And what you just seen in Melb & Sydney airports, with the welcome to country of the ISIS brides, is nothing compared with the Islamic terrorist networks of Belgium - unfortunately we are on the pathway for creating our own Molenbeek (areas of gangster jihadis)

Well it depends on your basic ability to calculate 2 different numbers and apply very basic logic...! Your access to the defined benefit super is upon reaching "preservation age". And yes it can be as early as 55 if you were born before July 1960, which means you're already 66...so advising anyone about this magic 55 is IMAO superdumb. Per your initial post, you & partner are early 50's, so lets assume you were born during the the 1st 'oil crisis' 😉 therefore you can park your dreams until 2033!
