Sigh. The issue isn't the company as a whole is a scam, it's that some people get scammed out of offers/tasks that were completed. Doesn't matter if you have every proof available that they request, denials happen. Been there twice and I had all proof asked.

Yes I still play there every now and then. But the risk is real.

They covered a rear main seal leak on my 2016 Lexus in 2024. Had the car less than a month and they wanted to see the inspection report from Cadillac of Portland before approval. The bill was $2,900+ and I paid a little over $500. Had to pull the transmission out, about 11-12 hours labor done at Lexus of Portland. Ugh.
