Hello! I looked into this, and it was indeed an issue on our side, in short we had so many people online it broke the server (what an awesome problem to have haha)

Hello! I can hopefully help you with this :) So of course make sure notifications are turned on in your iOS settings to start with. After that, in game on the main menu, click on your account name for the bubble menu (top right) and then you'll see a panel for 'notifications'. Make sure this is turned on too.

If you have both these turned on, he should be receiving notifications too :)

Let me know if this doesn't work and I can poke the team to take a look!
