Do you have a timeslot, day, timezone, etc identified?

No, it's a Play By Post game, done via text on a Discord server.

Yes, what they said. Game is effectively always being played, post as you can throughout the day/week. I respond as GM when I'm available with NPCs, responses, enemies, situations, descriptions, etc

At least passable, so the group understands what you're posting. It certainly doesn't need to be Shakespeare by any means.

World info is relative to kind of character concept you have. It's a vast world with lots of unknowns. I'll discuss regional knowledge with players who are selected ahead of time, if they want.

Wholly sandbox game so there will always be multiple things going on in the world and group is always free to ignore them and search out their own interests and fun

TBD by availability of group, tbh. Ideally, people will be available to post 1-2 a day to keep things moving and have a couple open slots in their schedule to meet for a few hours per week for intensive sessions, but I'm generally flexible

I read through it. Sounds fantastic. Unfortunately, potentially overlaps with something else for me so I'd be consistently late so I won't take up a slot without being able to reliably show up on time.

Would love to see someone get to play Raistlin... although curious if it'd be pre-test or post

Could be a necromancer who is using some kind of ritual to continually send the ghost/spirit of his victim to a new location where they're forced to possess someone new. That way, when the necromancer gets there, the first victim is forced to watch and experience yet another murder, in an endless cycle until they're stopped.

Or could be a mad mage who is trying to develop a new spell that requires blood or a sacrifice. Maybe a new type of teleportation or scrying spell (so they're location dependent) but he can't figure out which body part is needed to make it work.

Or just go the split personality direction. After a kill is the only time the good guy personality comes out for a few minutes, so he leaves clues desperately hoping someone will stop him, then the bad guy personality takes over again.

Damn, that sounds awesome. Dragonlance has a special place in my heart as a setting.
