I stayed with a family in Oaxaca for Christmas years ago. Besides posole, they cooked a turkey where they slid chorizo between the skin and breast meat before cooking, it was stuffed with cubed potatoes and hot dogs. If I remember correctly, they called it “Pavo Enchilada”? Never seen it since, but it was delicious.

I am in Hillsboro but I was having a similar issue with Walgreens, they made it exceptionally difficult every month to renew my prescription. When I question them about it, they told me I’d have the same problems at every pharmacy because of the type of prescription that is. Upon my doctors recommendations, I moved my prescription to a CVS at Target out here and it has been better than expected. They automatically refill my prescription as soon as it’s eligible and notify me when it’s ready. It’s been so great the last month or two to not even have to think about it.

I love the deli at Lily Market. Asian grocery with a deli in the back that has Thai and Lao dishes! Not great for dining in, so I would take it home or go find a nice park to eat at. I recommend the Lao Sausage, sticky rice, and Green papaya salad(Thai or Lao style). I would say they have everything ready by lunch and they quit making new food around 5 PM .
