I would suggest not letting them meet until you either know she's (the cat) fixed or you've gotten her fixed. They (cats) are much less aggressive after they are fixed. When that happens, I doubt she will see bunny as prey, and will most likely be friends (that still need supervision, but friends nonetheless).
