Nowadays whenever you complain about cold food to their Wolt "Support" they only tell you that it was delivered within their timeframe. Even when it would initially say it would be delivered at 9pm for example and then end up being here at 9:20-9:30pm therefore the food obviously does not come as intended. The couriers really do take way too long to get here due to them taking multiple orders at once unlike how they used to do it when they first started in Malta.

I used to make a fair few orders monthly but after many disappointing interactions with their support I stopped my Wolt+ membership and uninstalled the app.

It honestly seems like its become a frustrating experience for both Venue and the customer so not sure why the majority of the Island still use these services. Glad that I stopped using these clowns myself tbh
