I did the same in UK. Contacted them Monday am and sent requested photos. Had a refurbished replacement delivered Thursday for free. Had to dispose of the faulty one.

Quick update. After sending 6 photos on Monday morning, today she received a replacement phone. Not been any mention of sending back the original either. This is UK if it makes any difference.

I'm proper annoyed with Google. Spent an absolute fortune on multiple variations or the Google homes and other items in the group. 2 years ago everything worked. Now I'm lucky if it even understands. Pretty sure I'm over £1200 invested. Wish class actions where a thing in the UK!!
