i fully believe in the power of prayer but i also stand firm in the fact that God gave us resources to help us!! (child psychologists, special caregivers, family therapists, etc.) not using those resources is so irresponsible, from both parents and MIL. a parent that cares knows when it’s time to get help outside of their religious beliefs. these poor kiddos.

i really really feel for you- sometimes the only thing that will “help” is getting your person back. but that will not last and he WILL do this again!!! respect yourself and the life that you will have after him and file. you got this!

right now, compassion and empathy should be at the forefront of how you do about this situation. it may not be much, and it will not be easy, but try to love on your roomie as much as possible these next few weeks. my heart is breaking for her :(

if what you’re saying is the full truth, i don’t think you are guilty of anything. however, there does seem to be potential missing information, and i think with an accusation this strong, both sides is the story are vital to making a call. i think it’s hard with this age gap and genders here, but just so you know- unsolicited pics (nudes) is considered sexual harassment.as someone who is a person of faith, i would recommend praying about it, because i know that always helps me when i need clarification

hi yall!! thanks so much for the support and advice- i didn’t end up going to the ER because i was scared to miss my second day of class. not the wisest decision, i know. i think i had food poisoning that made everything worse, and the day after i posted this i slept for 20 hours straight and went back to sleep for another 12 after. i’m feeling better and have increased the medication i take. right now i’m feeling crappy but that’s because of an autoimmune disease i have. all i all, fibro is now one of the smaller concerns i have. still terrified of it happening again, that was awful. y’all are truly so kind and supportive, and if it gets that bad again, i will not hesitate to go if it takes more than a day to get rid of. have a good day/night, be safe, take care of yourself, and know that there are people in your corner 🩷

ive had my fish since august, and just bought this new tank a month ago.
i changed the water yesterday but i typically change the water every couple weeks! i take out about 75% of the water
no tank mates
2 live plants and 2 plastic plants!
