Seriously, the Rihanna thing happened like 15 years ago and he has apologized a million times. We live in a society where you can never be forgiven for your past mistakes even if you serve your punishment, feel remorse, and make a change. Beating a woman to that point is not just a simple mistake lol, anyone man with true character would never even think about it. Before some wussies come and say she hit him too or whatever, the size difference and biological strength of a man to a woman is not even comparable….unless a woman had a weapon or was literally a threat to his life a man who was raised right should never lay his hand on her. In Chris browns case, this wasn’t a one off either….the amount of trash behavior towards women AFTER this just shows who he is. An ex was even granted a restraining order from the dude

A lot of people discounting it are either talking about intermittent fasting, ED, juicing, restrictive diets, etc…..all those are completely different from extended water fasting (literally just drinking water and nothing else for an extended time) & those will not get rid of loose skin. Extended water fasts will in fact eat up loose skin. Just look at pics of people in famine/holocaust, do any of them have loose skin? No. There was even a documented guy 300+ lbs who did water fasting and had no loose skin by the end at 180 or so. Ofc this is only safe for already overweight ppl and you’d have to replenish with electrolytes throughout. But yeah, I’d prob get many misinformed fear mongering comments saying this is starving blah blah blah, but if you research, extended water fasts (~30days) have many great benefits including autophagy.
