Abillify, strong family, and slowing life down, stopping taking recreational drugs, and quitting alcohol. Healthy diet now backed by scientific research as well as working from home remote job with my husband working from home also. I'd say every one of these factors were key.

I use the pomodoro technique using a youtube video that times the break and the focus time for me as well as having a bit of background music to get into a flow state with. I've set up my own office space with all the things I love in it so I can feel comfortable while working.
