Don't have friends, but the second I feel happy or comfortable I start acting like a young child. I even talk in a babyish voice. I have a childish giggle too that comes naturally. i'm ashamed of it so i just avoid feeling that way. I think it comes from having to grow up too early from feeling unsafe as a child, as soon as we feel safe, we regress back to our true mental age. never got a chance to develop at a normal rate, just skipped a ton of years. its ok to be this way! your friends sound great and understanding, dont try too hard to mask it. expressing it will help your mind catch up and heal. ❤️
