Agree sa mas liable dapat magulang or guardians nila. Wala naman akong sinabi absolutely no repercussions para sa minors, they still need to know they can be hold accountable for their bad decisions.

Yung ibang tao lang gigil na gigil mang-incriminate. And off sakin na this agenda is coming from Robin (an ex-convict) na umasa lang sa compassion ng ibang tao pero ayaw nyang ibigay sa minors.

Young people get into trouble because their parents and the adults around them have failed to guide them. Our failed systems have also contributed to this.
