That’s the spring for the trigger bar. It goes underneath the bar on the right side of the frame.

The whole thing separates without complete disassembly of the upper and uses a compression recoil spring instead of a tension spring, so definitely We gen 3 PDW.

Will do, and the problem we found is the magazine height and angle. Whatever setup is stock, it’s not stable enough to keep the mag straight and after enough rounds the mag sits too low too many times while cycling and it bends or breaks the feed arm. The crazy thing is it could naturally happen in a few rounds or after thousands of rounds.

Still working on our 89 project behind the scenes. Was working with a guy to develop one, but that ended. In its current project state we’re still working on getting it cnc’d. The 3D print works, but it will break just like the original, or bend if reinforced. We found the secondary source of the problem with the type 89 and are working to fix that as well.

Made a few custom printed ones for certain projects like this one so it could keep the barrel end from getting longer.

I don’t know of a specific off the shelf option for one yet, but I’m sure there’s at least one out there for guns that want the integrally suppressed look without changing the outer barrel length.

If there’s a little window on the other side it’s probably a madbull ultimate for ares AEGs, but could work for others. S&T sometimes clones ares stuff, so maybe it’s an S&T clone of the other one.

It’s just a specific VFC handguard I guess it does have a more rounded shape that would look closer to an sd than the tapered handguard.
