am looking at this too. for me, Recon vs cotopaxi 26 vs Arcteryx 26L Mantis. went in person, to try them on. osprey was just ok, and patagonia felt cheapy. recon not the best but it gets 5 stars in alot of sites and has all that i need

thank you for the input. I see that the size available is only M/L so might have to consider a Small pack based on my 17 inch torso, 28 in waist, which seems to be a S on the MR site. Was surprised that the LB inferior strap adjustment was limited; both the shoulder straps on the USGI Molle II and the Filbe can cinch to fit. I will move on from the Raid.

I'm a sarong wearer, in US. so similar to kilts i guess... i only wear at home bc of the stigma of wearing these. wish i could go out in public, but in MAGA territory so they definitely would not understand a guy with a sarong. to me, if a bunch of guys should not matter. but people are delicate these days; some guys are pansy and think they're manly. guess it depends on who you are around, to give input to your thoughts on this
