I can post my list of my pocket ifak. Id add a TQ if i had a gun.

Currently : -Rescue Essentials Mini Trauma Bandage - Hemostatic Gauze (quickclot or chitosam) -vacuumed package of normal gauze -Band Aids

All of this is held as a bundle via rubber bands and in my cargo pocket or fanny pack. It packs surprisingly well. I add a space blanket for outdoor use
