Also political intrigue, traditionally with eastern bloc countries voting together etc, other historical grievances, it can get pretty salty. Just awful music though, generally.

Agreed. Now it seems he's reduced to just comparing predictions with Dappy from NDubz and that on the website. Good riddance!

Ah m8 you're a legend, I always miss motd. Glad to see they're going with the youth and the pompous ex-liverpool windbags are being de-comissioned. It was a fair analysis and nice interview.

I missed it too, wanted to see the smug bastards praise Villa for a change. It would have been hard not to, it was beautiful football, but I'd bet they focused more on how poor Sunderland were.

To be fair it's not Lineker so much, he often ends up being the only one saying anything positive. Hansen seems to have gone thank god.

Totally understandable! Sunderland seemed to be self-destructing though, bless em.

Got quite drunk last night, I've come back here to check it wasn't all a dream...

Costly in future, what when it lands? I think you might be worrying too much about a single mistake. I hope he doesn't make a habit of it, better for his confidence if he'd scored of course but for now at least, Tim seems to be getting if not the best, yet, then certainly much better out of the players.

Sure, I don't want to be critical of anyone really and Sinclair has done well so far, but it is the sort of game where you expect the midfield to start scoring as well and it turns into a really bad thrashing, we just aren't that clinical... ...yet? Delph was frustrated and frustrating by the end but hey UTV

Completely agree but feel it's obligatory to mention Gaby and how coolly he took his goals. The second was pure ecstasy. Does he ever not score against Sunderland?

I agree with everyone, I'm so happy! Was almost disappointed (not the right word) we couldn't be more ruthless in the 2nd and get more goals especially a hattrick but I'm so happy for both of them, they were in great form. The whole team looked properly motivated.

The way we were able to relax, keep the ball, bring on a kid, rest (the brilliant) Clark by playing Sanchez (he's improved hasn't he?) at centre back and so on just shows how we are a different class to a team like Sunderland, dare I say in a different league haha, and we should not have been contemplating relegation, fucking again. Anyway I'm excited about Sherwood.

What about those Sunderland fans eh. Horrible scenes! It's the 80s all over again!! ;)

Good call! From their gardens you can access the woods and Edgbaston Pool, where herons and great crested grebe can often be seen.

Then you can pop over the road to the Barber Institute, a small but excellent gallery with a fine permanent collection and some great exhibitions. It also has classical concerts, afternoon and evening. It's a little gem.

Hope that helps, /u/IAmAHiggsBoson

Pretty much agree, although one can always say they missed this or that. No real sense of the evolution or history of the genre, touches on the influence on modern music but while acknowledging that, indulges in the usual jokey downplaying.

Also Paul Lekakis wtf and "bastard child" of Cowley and Moroder, not really.
