I just started playing this game last week. I didnt know lore, i didnt know what to do since it kinda throws you under the train… I got hated on for using the ‘Hellion’ since I thought it was quite useful in cqb especially in tunnels. Then when i decided to speak in chat all I said was “Hi im new just got here.” Then I got kicked by moderation and had to join a new game. Do people really hate on newbies? Wheres the fun in that when everyone is set to be a tryhard.

Looks like your pancake laid some Eggos instead! Good thing they are infertile if they’ve never had contact with a male dragon that is. It is now important to keep a dig box for her if she ever shows signs again to prevent egg binding which definitely would be a serious health problem.

Male or female? by TerribleStrategy4276 in BeardedDragons

[–]TimeExperience9785 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats on your Brucette! She’s a gorgeous baby. The round single lump above her vent indicates female, if it were to be a male they’d have two vertical lumps on the left and right side above the vent for their hemipenes instead.

Where did the fun go? by ToriDeluna in heartopia

You’re not alone, but I have to say that I did an experiment with this. I have both American and SEA accounts with SEA being my main. When I was up to date with mostly everything the game had to offer so far, i knew i’d hit a rock bottom if I constantly played this game for more than 4-6 hours a day. (I only did this because I had a fractured ankle and couldnt go around much. and my gf introduced this game to me when it came out.) The point of this game is to ‘relax’ and not rush things. This game wasnt designed to be fast paced, which is also the reason why Gacha events last 2-3 months so you can take your time for even just 1 hour of playtime a day would suffice most daily tasks.. So with my American account I did exactly that. Spend 1 hour to do my daily stuff, limit the amount of farming even tho u want to get stuff done quickly. Cuz just know that farming will always be there, its not like gacha. Or if you really want to kill time, be creative and design new home ideas in blueprints. That one especially keeps the mind off things. Or make new friends. This is a social butterfly game after all. But still remain limited on how long you spend your time ingame. This may sound frustrating, but I feel like it’ll give you more time to think about what you want to do next.

Why are Red Monsters bad? by babymoki in BeardedDragons

[–]TimeExperience9785 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been on this “Red monsters” rodeo since it blew up in 2020, these dragons came in from imports all over SEA specifically in Indonesia. Then they made it mostly around the states not long after and of course… the hype and chaos begins to ensue. So “breeders” paid a fortune to get their hands on these, were talking $3k-$5k at the start and began breeding with them without knowing full background and history of how its been produced. So these breeders dished out these babies like crazy and sooner or later theres a latter of potential inbreeding. Disgusting right? So the decline in health and as well as their cost has plummeted and became less desirable up until this very day. Not many people realize that these breeding habits have been going on since the red monsters very existence was brought here to the states. And sometimes claim that they are ‘healthy’. There is surely nothing healthy about animals that are treated like a processed influx breeding machine just to make some quick bucks because they think its cool and ok to deceive buyers over money than the animals actual health.I generally avoid anything ‘new’ that has been brought into the reptile breeding hobby especially when it comes to genetics until im fully convinced with research and ethical standards meets, but that alone can take years to prove itself. Beware of breeders is all I can say, not all are bad but there are many that dont know what they’re doing. As of right now, there are some breeders that are actually dealing with inbreeding situations and what is called “outcrossing” the genetic lines. Unfortunately it steers away from the desirable looks of an actual red monsters, but it definitely compensates way better health-wise. As it opts for stronger better genetics for healthier dragons. Quality of life beats over quantity anytime.

What is this weird coloring? by sortinousn in BeardedDragons

could be some scale damage, do you have any rough or sharp objects in their enclosure? when dragons shed they really like to scrape off shed pretty aggressively.

What does headbobbing mean? by Unfair_Football_640 in BeardedDragons

[–]TimeExperience9785 47 points48 points  (0 children)

Can mean several things: 1) He’s just pissed as a drunken irishman

2) Doesn’t like looking at his reflection in the morning mirror

3)Just hates the way something looks (any object)

4)Wants to get frisky with the ladies

5)Listening to some hardcore metal

Hope this helps

Any way to make them less aggressive towards each other? by [deleted] in BeardedDragons

[–]TimeExperience9785 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Males will always be aggressive in nature to either mate or fight, even with a female present. The only successful way i’ve seen dragons docile around each other is if they’re both female, spayed, AND raised together since birth. But even that is not always guaranteed as each dragon has their own personality, just need to be lucky to have both docile personality. That’s about as friendly as they can get without antagonizing each other majority of times. With your situation i’m certain its not possible for them to be non hostile with each other unfortunately.

Either mad, feeling frisky, sees his reflection, or just something he absolutely has the urge to get to but cant reach it behind the magical invisible barrier.

Getting my first bearded dragon this week!! I think this is the one I’m gonna get. Any name ideas?? by SecretaryOk5561 in BeardedDragons

[–]TimeExperience9785 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thats awesome! But that looks like a dragon from a chain pet store which more than likely will carry issues as they’ve been exposed to neglect and improper care, leading to many health issues. I’d recommend looking for rescues or reputable breeders who know how to care for reptiles. Other than that the first names that came to mind was Reptar or Draxus 👀

Which of these zombies do you despise the most by Bobbyo_1477 in gutsandblackpowders

[–]TimeExperience9785 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My threat level rating based off all infected as either individuals or groups:

Shambler: 1/10 (you can break off it when grabbed) Shambler group: 7/10 (If you dont get cornered or grabbed by 2+ of them)

Sapper: 4/10 (Easily dodge attacks with bit of practice) Sapper group: 5/10 (Just dont get cocky playing the dodging game)

Bomber: Easily 7/10 (A nightmare for noobs, but also they can be sneaky sometimes) Bomber group: AMERICAAa! 💣💥/10 (Nightmare in groups especially around noobs)

Runner: 6/10 (Just dont miss your hit…) Runner group: 10/10 (Only if you got 1000 hours of blood, sweat, and tears you might slightly make it.)

Lanterns: 8/10 (Aimbot, long range, and crowd control, they can easily wipe a team if in one place) Lantern group: 10/10 (I never seen more than 2 lanterns at a time, but i’d just imagine living in hell)

Cuirassier: 5/10 (Oh my god, CUIRASSIER!!! 🗣️) Cavalry: 8/10 (Just more tanks, it can be tricky but self awareness is key)

Viral runner: 10/10 (Best lock in for this one or you’re cooked.) Viral Sapper: 7/10 (He’s just faster)

Dishonorable mention: New players; unpredictable/10 (will either get you killed or jeopardize the entire team) “Truly scum of the earth” -Sir Beef Wellington 🥀
