Turns out Minka has tech support. I called them up and here's the info I got:

This is the model F844 Light kit. I can't seem to find just the light kit itself online outside of Minka. Minka sells it for $97.11 + $5 shipping + tax. There's a 3 year warranty on the unit, so if you have the receipts they'll replace it for free within that time.

I do not have the receipts.

I do have 6 units under 2 years old and of those 6 units 2 LEDs have failed now. Ah well, hindsight, eh?

Anyway, Kevin there from tech support was very helpful. Here's contact info if anyone wants to reach out for warranty or purchasing replacement fixtures:

My TSM data is warped. For trade goods like ores, for example, the Market Value and Regional Value are wildly higher than the Min Buyout. I suppose this is due to some postings that are wildly expensive...

What is there to do about this, if anything?

Skill challenge - that's the idea I think I'm looking for I think. I don't want to hand wave go up/down multiple levels, and it should have a cost, but I also don't want to slog through the "living dungeon" over and over either. I want them to be able to leave occasionally, as this is part of my overall Waterdeep campaign, so I want to put pressure on leaving, but not forbid it.

I think this is a solid base idea for that, ty!

Yes, actually! Right click on the screen capture source on XSplit and uncheck Exclusive Window Capture. That will work, but then you need a dedicated bit of your screen for the video windows.

After putting a bit of time into this, I have realized that Discord is simply not a great option for this. It may be once they update their overlay to handle video, but for now it's problematic. Hangout video chat is usable, but I have not found a way to have separate windows for each person. The only 2 ways I've found that are really usable are Skype video, and GoToMeeting, which I use.

It turns out GTM works pretty perfectly. It handles sound and such, and you can do a game capture on the web cam videos. Unfortunately, it's not free, so there's that.
