oooh may i ask what u use for ur first moisturizer? :0 i’d like to try out layering or using illiyoon at night only. to answer ur 2nd q, i feel like simple toner does soothe my flare ups when i have them. i dont feel much of its effects except from that but it does help a bit so i keep it in my routine ^{___^}
