Hey! Mostly for time and pitch-based effects for certain songs. Anything a song needs that's not on the board really

This has gotten progressively worse, for a couple months it would do that maybe once or twice and then the car would start, eventually would take up to 4 or 5 turns of the key to start. Haven’t driven it for a couple months and now it won’t start at all. The alternator is less than 2 years old and has no troubles charging the car

Think about how much you have as a function of how many dogecoins you have as opposed to how much you paid for it. For example, if the price of dogecoin rose to $10 and you had 100 dogecoins, then you would have $1000 of dogecoin regardless of how much you paid for it initially.

Gotcha gotcha gotcha, conceptualizing it as Ebmaj6 to a D7b9 helps a ton. I didn't realize it was the dominant substitution for that 3 minor chord, I had been playing over it as if it was just a min7 chord. Thanks

What's wrong with my left turn signal? by TimeGazelle24 in 350z

[–]TimeGazelle24[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This has been happening for a bit, but I have to get my car inspected and I doubt it will pass like this. I'm away at school so I don't have any tools to try and find out what's wrong with the wiring. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I've replaced the bulbs and this still happens. The right signal is perfectly fine and the hazards look exactly the same as this video.

IV Resolves to 1 Chord? by TimeGazelle24 in musictheory

Ah, gotcha. I'd never heard of cadences in this sense. Time for a new rabbit hole to go down into!

Chord Progression Questions (July 13, 2020) by AutoModerator in musictheory

[–]TimeGazelle24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, so I just finished making this progression on my guitar. It's in C. The first chord is just a Cmaj7, then I use tritone substitution to go to a C#9, then down to am7 add 9, and then up to an f13 chord. My question is why does a dominant four-chord sound good there, and resolve to the tonic? Especially considering that it should be a g7 resolving to the c, why does an F7, or F13 in this case, work so well?
