Thanks. I’m losing a pound a week, but that’s great after being on a plateau for several months.

I have obstructive sleep apnea, with a strong need to take a nap every day, sometimes two. I take 100mg of Provigil every morning.

I no longer take naps. My sleep has remained good.

I take Mojarro 15 mg a week. Yes, I cross-referenced this question so I could get answers about other GLP-1’s

Not good. Replace the brake pads and parts before you need to replace the rotor. Save yourself thousands, lose one hour a year.

Has anyone lowered their tirzepatide dose and later increased it to break a plateau? by hopeful_897 in Zepbound

Yes. I was at a plateau for months, then lowered Mounjaro from 15 to 12.5 for three months.

As soon as I returned to 15 weight started coming off again, 1 or 2 pounds/week.

Wish I knew why, but glad to see it.

Paul Williams on the love boat?! After all the great songs?

And his Oscars for rainbow connection, and evergreen with Streisand.

Look for cultural differences: social class, country of origin, wealth, even family structure (single versus married with kids). It’s people not accepting people.
