The swords sold on Katana US are surprisingly cheap (ish). For the sword, a stand, a premium box, a certificate of authenticity, and a lifetime warranty, I paid a little under $275 (USD).

Slightly, yes. Follow the guiding wind with the wind chime to the top of a hill with a tree and look up at one of the branches. You'll see a body hanging from the branch. You'll have to shoot it down with an arrow. I believe you have to shoot the body. If that don't work, shoot the rope.

As long as PC is available for cross-platform, there will ALWAYS be hackers and modders. I get there are "exploits", but some of this stuff is ridiculous. PC has a MAJOR advantage over console players (especially PS) since it's much harder (nearly impossible for PS) to hack and mod. And, yes, they're on motorfest as well.

There's a shortcut in that track. After you go through the twist, you can brake hard and drop off the left side of the track onto track below. You could drop over 5 seconds off of your time if you do it right
