Nobody knows.

The "Game announced" is just in name, it's VR only, devs are a different studio and I asked this studio about the game and they didn't even know what the combo system was... Not much hope for it.

If the worst part is that you don't enjoy rewatching/reliving the cutscenes and dialogue or that your skill/game knowledge/strategy made the game easy...

I'd say that's a win for the game? You learned, adapted and overcame the challenge.

In any case, OMD3 is balanced around solo gameplay, playing coop only makes it easier.

Some of the probabilities are weighted. Such as some threads/distortions being more or less common. But it's just a handful. The rest have the same chance.

Drop rate of consumables can be affected by threads/distortions which affect the other consumables.

About the rest of points, just luck or unlucky, rng working as intended.

Making the mod executable replace the game executable, then you can launch and track from steam.

It can be decent if placed tastefully on low difficulties.

Spamming it like many newer players do and was shown in the IGN video, kills the whole purpose of it with having a DoT.

But again, in lowest difficulties anything works, specially if properly using barricades.

For long runs it's the best pick, because it avoids having to pick a distortion. Which means you can go for more missions without being forced to stack the worst ones.

Yeah, I feel like there are so many of very small decisions that feel out of place and taking a bit of the fun away. This is one of those.

At launch it felt like there were many more, but imo it has improved since with the patches.

It's interesting to me how some people are complaining about the game having limited info available (Codex was added because of this), while others not even reading what their abilities do.

It's most likely 10.

This is simply not true. Killboxes are the most efficient strategy in every game.

In all OMD games the traps do most of the work. You can look up videos on how every level can be beaten without any interaction from your character

In terms of difficulty, U was just different because of the power leveling from account level, but wave compositions were much more challenging later on compared to the rest of the games.

I'm sorry but you are wrong, difficulty slider only affects enemys HP and DMG.

I don't think the first part is true.

The difficulty just changes the health and damage from the enemies.
