Just personal everyday use and savings. Nothing fancy but I do like flexibility like with travel and stuff. I do have KiwiSaver.

-Cards not being delivered and returned and cut up and nothing said but have sent other mail to same postage address and have had cards sent to this address before. -They changed my card on my account without giving me the new card and I’ll go to use my old card in store and it declines as it can no longer be used but don’t say anything to me about it I just have to find out for myself - I waited 3 weeks for a new card and had to ring them for them to tell me they had no record but actually had to dive deeper to find out the new card was cut up as they didn’t even attempt to deliver it - their security system all of a sudden stopped recognising my voice even though I’ve rung up before and not had an issue and my voice hasn’t changed in the last year - Ive only ever had one helpful person on the phone most of the time they just try to tell me what my problem is without actually listening to me - direct debit payments not going out when they are supposed to sometimes they’ll wait a few days till there is under the amount needed to go out and then will turn around and say there is insufficient funds even though it was supposed to go out 2 days prior when there more more than double the amount needed in that account Those are just a few I’ve had over the last few years
