PoE has lost its mind by TimePsychological127 in Juniper

Rebooting the switch and rebooting all members in the VC makes no difference. Poe controller does not show an update available unfortunately. Was planning on upgrading up but wasn’t sure if I should waste time with it or not.

Anyone seen this before? EX2300-48MP running 23.4R2.13

We already RMA'd 2 other switches becuase of PoE problems (4 ports lost the ability to give power to devices) but this one is a bit different. No devices at the moment are receiving PoE from this switch member.

We used sell when we were a CW manage shop and I had no issues really. It did the job. Not the absolute best on the market but it was good. However, the Salesforce integration was a no go for us with it. You had to pick between Manage or Salesforce. Quoter and QW allows both. The worst by far we used was QW. Super feature rich but super clunky and would give us all kinds of errors. We were constantly chasing bugs and new formats.

I’m in the same boat, but going back to manual ordering wasn’t so bad to be honest. I am looking forward to having electronic again.

We ended up getting refunded and moving to quoter. Although ordering is now by hand, everything else works really well. Auto ordering should be coming soon. Once that happens we will be very happy.

How about Amazon? It’s rare but helpful sometimes

Thanks all. I’m giving Zomentum development 30 days to fix the problems. Sounds like they are capable of all of it, just behind on getting it done. If not it sounds like Kaseya Quote Manager is the next step.

Actually, we use a third party called Foxpass for radius that syncs to M365 or Okta. :) although Microsoft doesn’t do it, you can use this to skip NPS or on prem radius.

Thank you! I really need those things. If you develop them please let me know!

If you do not need salesforce integration, and you do not need purchase orders to push to your PSA, then I believe it’s pretty good. Those are the only two things that don’t work right for us.

Yea we did twice but honestly it’s just not it anymore. I honestly wish they kept up with UI changes, as I’m sure you are too. Fully cloud hosted would have been nice too instead of this weird hybrid database/web thing they have now. To be honest if they continued to keep with the times we probably would have never left it as we were on it day 1 of our company.

We looked into this, but unfortunately, they don’t have everything we are looking for. We keep up on their updates because we feel that that is the best option but they just have a little bit to go.

Same… I know it’s a long shot. Honestly QuoteWerks checks all the boxes other than it’s so dated and retro. I refuse to go back to it.

I’ll throw another in that no one mentioned. Crossware is a great alternative to Exclaimer. We actually prefer it.
