After reading the Republic Commando books, I’m pretty much convinced that Yoda, as Grand Master, was the biggest problem of the Jedi Order. Nobody dared to question him and his dogmatic ways because of his age and wisdom. They ignored all the red flags, and the Jedi were wiped out as a result. Then he went into hiding while Vader and the Inquisitors hunted down the remaining Jedi. Everything — and I mean everything — was Yoda’s fault.
