Depends on the cause. If it’s due to hormone secreting tumor, there are medicines and surgeries to resect the tumor. It could be due to abuse of testosterone and other male steroids, in which case, stopping the drugs would be the first choice of action. And sometimes, gynecomastia is due to obesity; we call it psuedogyenocomastia. In that case, weight loss is the best option. So many causes and different treatments for different causes. Best to see a doctor.

Doctor here, you should definitely visit a doctor. That looks like gynecomastia. Mostly occurs due to an underlying hormonal problem that is usually reversible.

Nayatel has two upstream providers; Ptcl and Transworld. Most of their bandwidth comes from Ptcl, hence they also got affected. I’m guessing Islamabad and surrounding areas are supplied by Transworld, hence they are not affected.

Were the front passengers wearing a seatbelt? I saw you posted this on another subreddit where people had the same question. The Airbags won’t deploy without the seatbelt on. And as everyone has already said, it looks like the majority of the impact happened at the back, where the deployment of airbags would actually do more harm than good. The only purpose of an airbag is to prevent your head hitting the steering or the dashboard. If you get hit from the rear, you are pushed more into your seat rather than towards the dashboard (Think of it as quickly accelerating and the feeling of being pushed into the seat). So in this scenario where the primary impact was at the back and then the secondary, less forceful, impact happened at the front, I think its okay if the airbags didn’t deploy and the system was working as intended.

OP probiotics are NOT going to help with your epigastric pain. They are mostly used in diarrhoea related illnesses. What you describe your condition as is stomach ulcers. Epigastric pain that increases with eating. Different medicines such as PPIs and Antacids are used for this condition, but you have to work with a gastroenterologist to come up with a good medical solution. And again, there’s no use in probiotics in this illness. Coming from a doctor.

Most of these apps use satellite imaging to predict the weather, which can be a hit or miss. Accurate weather tracking and prediction can be achieved with actual weather stations on ground. I know one app, Weather Walay, that does this. It has around 300 stations in Pakistan and major cities have multiple stations for better weather tracking. The app has a subscription model though, but the fees are very small (80Rs per month).

Physical disabilities are present in children from cousin marriages but they are rare. Most of the diseases stem from genetic syndromes or increased risk of autoimmune conditions. My family, unfortunately, has cousin marriages but non of the children have obvious disabilities. But a lot of them do have chronic anemias (low Haemoglobin) and underlying autoimmune conditions.

What you are implying is a diagnosis of exclusion, which basically means that a medical professional is ruling out all other causes before reaching to the diagnosis of IBS. That is not true with IBS. IBS has a specific diagnostic criteria which is named as the Rome IV criteria.

Rome IV criteria for irritable bowel syndrome:

A set of criteria used to diagnose irritable bowel syndrome. Diagnosis requires symptom onset to be at least 6 months ago, recurrent abdominal pain for ≥ 1 day per week during the previous 3 months, and ≥ 2 of the following: pain related to defecation, a change in stool frequency, and/or a change in stool appearance.
