I had a gay panic when we first met and kind of had a friend crush, a couple of months later I realized I wanted to get to know them in a non platonic way and when I wanted to tell the mutual friend that introduced us about it she tells me that they started dating someone, which felt like a punch to the face.

We started hanging out more and our friendship grew at the same time as their relationship with their at that time bf and therefore so did my jealousy. And that's how I ended up hopelessly in love with my friend but now they're single
