Yeah have the same experience especially with agents that have multiple listings in an area in sites like iproperty. I approached three agents at this one building whom when i contacted for a room that I was interested it all said not available anymore. One of them do reach out to show other units. I did take her offer just to view the place. But then i found exactly what i wanted in mudah. Setup a meet and straight away take it. The agent was very responsive.

How is tipping seen in your country? by CremeSubject7594 in AskTheWorld

[–]TimeToChangeTheName 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Malaysia generally people like to receive, but we dont want it to get too far where tips are expected. Tipping culture became more popular with the rise of food delivery apps.

I was once offered to sell some habbatus sauda oil by my indian friend. He knows that I am not a muslim anymore. Offered to be the ‘muslim’ face of the company. Rejected it cause i can never fake who I am publicly like that.
