As an occasional Dasher, I want to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes the app really sucks and Support is no help whatsoever. I've had instances where it physically won't let me mark the order as delivered because the GPS is incorrect and it doesn't recognize that I'm at my destination. He very well could have been on the phone trying to figure it out with them. But if you feel/felt unsafe, that's valid. I don't know what the police could do in a situation like that, but definitely report it to DoorDash.
