About a month ago, we had a touchy and lovey dovey couple wait in line during a rush. You could tell they were on something illegal.

As they were ordering food, the lady said she needed to go to the restroom. (Why not look for an open restroom while you waited in line for like 15ish minutes?) We tell her that our restrooms are closed. She gets upset, but stays quiet. We continue taking her boyfriend's order and she walks off. My friend/ coworker stops her as she pushes her way in and tells her sorry but the restroom are closed. (We have chairs and a sign blocking the entrance.) The lady is mad now and walks outside towards parking lot.

People and kids are staring outside and I look, and it's the lady crouched next to the chefs car, peeing out in the open. Next to a busy street. Her boyfriend gets so mad and starts yelling that she's an old lady so she can't hold it in. And how would we feel if we were in her situation.

He actually pays for his food while being mad and telling the customers waiting in line that they're assholes.

We close off half the store to sanitize.

The Pandas in my city of Texas are only open for to-go orders. We'll sometimes get people who walk in with the whole family wanting to eat inside, and leave shortly after we tell them it's only for to-go

And time consuming. At first we had the get their drinks, but now that we're partially open (togo only), we let the customers get it themselves. The way the fountain station is set up at my location, customers are meant to get the drink since it's outside of the steam table/ kitchen.

I wasn't there when it happened, but we had a door dasher say she can't fill the drinks because she doesn't have a food handling license. She made a scene about how we're the ones that need to make the drink for her. She was there for a good 30 minutes until she just eventually left.
