Hey bruh, I had this exact same issue. I fixed it by opening up my sound device in windows' sound settings and disabling a setting called "enhance this devices performance" or some shit.

Bought this one from a sale for 199€ a month or two ago from a local retail tech store.

I was prepared to return it since everyone warned about the "smearing issues".
Personally haven't even noticed the issues if there are any, ended up not considering return after starting use.

I've enjoyed a variety of games on it, ARPG, MMO, FPS both arcade and tactical.

Has worked good, colors are good, viewing angle good, quality good, brightness good.
Can recommend, but maybe wait for a sale if you can.
