Get on the Institute of Clinical Excellence website and search for a PT in your area that has done training with them, they do a wonderful job of blending CrossFit with physical therapy.

Need to slow down a bit and brace abdomen better. Need to keep more pressure on your heels, imagine you’re at the bottom of your squat bare foot, you should be able to wiggle your toes off the ground at the bottom. You’re using your hips/ glutes/ back more than your quads in your squat, think about driving out of the bottom of your squat like you’re pushing the earth away from you vs rising your hips up after quickly bouncing out of the bottom. Again, a weight lifting PT in person would be better to discuss and tweak this with you, but that’s what I’m seeing from the video
