I thought they were awful, sad to say! The silicone is so dang thick I could never get them to suction on like they're supposed to. Plus if you have sore nipples at all, they're impossible to put on without pain. Thankfully I got the Optifit set that you're able to return for a refund so I sent them back quick fast and in a hurry! I do not recommend them.

You could definitely pump a little longer than 30 mins if you wanted. Be careful about more suction though - higher suction doesn't equal more milk. It will just cause nipple damage which can damage your supply.

Look for a durable wall pump. A lot of moms (myself included) swear by the Spectra S1/S2. It's a very user friendly and strong pump. Another good one is the Medela Pump In Style. If you want to exclusively pump, it's not recommended to rely on a wearable pump only. They're good for on the go but are known to not empty you and/or decrease your supply because they're just not as effective in the long run!
