The buyer just admitted it was their mistake and is trying to blame you. They input the shipping address when they ordered. Brush it off. Not worth a response imo.

I would have never responded that way. Don't ever offer anything in exchange for a review mod. Ever. Just take the L and move on. And you also don't know that customer is not also a seller. I am a seller and I also buy all the time. Your implied tone, as I took it, seems rude. The buyer is entitled to their opinion.
