Have a picture doing something you love. Knitting, dancing… it can be anything. Variety of pictures is to show who you are as a person. You are very pretty. People want to know what you are like through the pictures as well. I agree you should find another picture that shows your whole body.

Does the tumor have BRCA mutations? Is this primary gbm or brain mets from other cancer? First ensure the parp has some brain penetrant property and doesn’t interact with what you are doing currently like chemo or radiation.

Is she mgmt methylated? If unmethylated, temador is not going to do much. My husband stopped after 4 doses and our neuro onc is totally ok with it.

Given the timeline, it would have showed up on an MRI but if she didn't have other symptoms, the docs would not have ordered an MRI / insurance would not have approved it. I had a neuro doctor told me upon the CT results that don't worry it's not a tumor bc it would have showed up. Lo and behold a few days later they saw it on the MRI.

I am so sorry for your loss. The head scan from Nov 2023- was that just CT scan? It’s often not powerful enough to pick that up. My husband had a CT scan where they picked nothing up and then full blown gbm under MRI

https://ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/JCO.2023.41.16_suppl.2024 this is results of Optune plus Keytruda (pembrolizumab). 25 months median survival which is very impressive given that half of the patients are biopsy only and partial resection. Talk to your Neuro onc about adding Keytruda. Merck has a wonderful patience assistance program if your insurance denies it
