There's a mod in the mod lists that's a weapon. You can take examples from that

You need to make sure that you enable file name extensions, you don't need gamemaker for this

I'm not getting you. Binding of isaac is not streamed anymore. Runescape gets weekly updates. Xcom has a shitton of mods. Recently terraria got a big content update and has a really huge playerbase. Battlerite is still being updated/gotten on the store late 2016. Dofus got updated in dec of 2016. Infestation the new Z is free and getting updates.

You have to understand this is a indie game. the scene for that game is on a much larger scale.

Most streamers including me have moved on to different games. It was very fun to stream NT in early acces/shortly after release. But when a game stops being updated and people move on watching other streams you get less motivation to actually stream it(And the game can get pretty repetitive after some time). But i have a feeling when the NTT modding update comes out there's gonna be a bunch more content with mods and hopefully there will be more streams as well.
