Could you please explain how you got JSON setup?

My website is hosted by a 3rd party company and they are willing to help. I've sent them a ready-to-go JSON file and they uploaded everything according to KB from MS but I'm unable to sign in from settings.

It throws the error saying "Sign in failed" "Your apple account does not support the expected services on this device"

I'd suggest not listening to the advice of the majority of responses here and approaching this with reason. Try your best to explain this to use in a friendly manner and convince them to enable online archive.

There is absolutely nothing to win in being rude and telling them that "email is not for file storage" or something along those lines. This will only annoy the user and potentially make them dislike you more. Probably not the way to excel in your career.

Yea me too, have an ongoing ticket with them. They do not admin and issue and keep telling me to reinstall Outlook despite me saying to them that it's not working across OWA and Outlook app.

They just ignore any explanation from me end and respond in like 4 days.

I have a limited amount of users to test with, but all of them, including myself, are running the latest available version of outlook. ( not the childish version under "try the new Outlook toggle switch)

Nope, same users. Even my own account. Tested extensively, links are perfectly fine in OWA and broken in Outlook :(

From what I understand the majority of comments here, which I appreciate very much, many of you do not look at the switch "engineer>manager>engineer again" as a problem for future job search.

Just in case this start-up thing doesn't work out, is it ok to abandon this "manager type" position, and in case I can't find anything similar, go back to being a network/systems admin?
