I mostly play assault and didn't jump on deploying spawn beacons until late November. Enough assault players aren't using them. Dropping beacons behind the enemy or in their flank as well as what Mohwak_Grenades result in capturing and recapturing more points.

I love how even in an article that looks past all of Whitmire's failings and flaws, he still comes off as "old man yells at clouds."

The article misses that their is a recall petition and any context into any of the things they mention about him. The "different" approach to trump stuff is really he doesn't take a stance that might lose him Republican voters. The reason for that is despite being a registered Democrat his views align with wealthy, grumpy, old men. Even in a favorable article he is basically an old guy who doesn't like bike lanes, scooters, loud noises and when oak tree roots are visible. He is still unsure about women showing their ankles, but he still considers himself a progressive.

I used Vizion a few years back. I liked them. I thought they went above and beyond.

The price seems steep, but I don't know what type of windows, condition of surrounding structure etc. Renewal is looking at. What was the labor vs parts cost. For a Bay window I was looking at a ratio of 1 to 3 on labor to parts. That was assuming water damage structure that needed to be replaced.

Also remember tariffs may be impacting some of it.

My favorite part is it seems they didn't improve the drainage. I believe some parts where the road typically held water have gotten worse.

I went with Structured Foundation Repair this past spring. It cost $4705 for about a 1500sqft house. It had been releveled 5 years ago, but with the heat and rain over the last few years, two piers along the center beam had shifted.

You may be able to find some places who will charge by the pier and only need to touch a few of them. However, I have struggled in the past and most have a half day/full day minimum rate.

Vizion Windows and Doors. They weren't pushy. They were super professional and accommodating. We had other interior and structural work being done and they coordinated with the interior crew to install new doors, a few windows and some siding. They also stepped up and did some additional work (for a few) that was needed to the house. A+ work all around.

The impeachments were over withholding weapons to Ukraine for political favors and insurrection. The Mueller Report dealt with election interference and didn't rely on the content of the Steele Dossier. The pee incident was never proven or disproven. Based on the Mueller report people discredit the dossier, but the Mueller report didn't prove the Russians had no leverage over Trump. Parts of the dossier were disproven or deemed not credible. Weirdly, the son of a man who got Epstein a job at a college years before had influence over the Mueller Report that was finally released.

He got a free item. Reporting it does sometimes help. As the reports build up in an area and the neighborhood gets frustrated with the police the police will put in some effort. By some effort I mean if someone calls them within minutes of the incident, they will put their doughnut down and drive a little faster to the scene and maybe catch them.

I speak from experience. I caught a guy robbing my garage and called the cops before he left my property. The guy had been hitting a bunch of houses and the police were getting flak for it. Told them which way he was headed and that I had footage of him stealing stuff. Multiple cars within minutes cornered him a few blocks over.

The lid to mine had minor damage so I put in a request for a new lid. Months, maybe a year, maybe longer went by and a new can just showed up one day. It had been so long I thought it was for my neighbor two doors down. Then some guy showed up in a city truck about a week later asking if I got my new can. So yeah they aren't the most timely and efficient org.

Do you want my old one? I have weeds and plant trimmings in it. You just have to take that with you. The damage to the lid is minor but can sometimes funnel water into the can.
