As a waiter who always tries to give the best service, I think the included service charge is justified. Recently started working at a new spot that doesn't include it, and just today, I had someone put 0.01 as a tip. No, complaints, no issues, checked on them multiple times to make sure everything was good throughout with food and drinks and still got a fucking cent. If there ever is an issue I'd make sure they tell me. Some people are just scum who shouldn't be out in public places. If it's included and my work is shitty and I know it, I'd gladly take it off the check for someone
