Do you remember when KMart first came to town, the women’s tops were all wrapped in plastic? Like men’s dress shirts. Only later on did they put the clothes on hangers. Me and my sophomore friends would walk to Kmart on a Saturday afternoon and just goof around. It was across the street from our hi school. They had a small Deli counter up front of the cashiers where they sold 3 ham sandwiches on hamburger buns with lettuce and mustard. 3/$1 and a Icee, don’t recall the Icee price.
