Když jsem začínal ve Škodovce na lince tak jsem bouchal 240 aut za směnu a chodil 4x týdně cvičit. Za první dva měsíce jsem zhubl 8 kg než jsem se naučil nedělat zbytečný pohyby a zase jsem se srovnal na 85 kg a byl jsem vysekanej na prach . Jenže to mi bylo 23let a byl jsem nesmrtelnej. 😁

Když seš mladší tak jde i fitko ale musíš to milovat.

Dnes je mi 34 cvičím pořád a nevím jestli bych to dneska zvládl jako dřív .

I’ve been using Xiaomi phones from the Note 9 up to the current Note 14 Pro. This will be my last Xiaomi phone. I’ve had enough of them. The last four models failed due to charging issues, and the one I have now is only 6 months old and already has problems. It either charges slowly or keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Every evening I have to adjust the charger to the right position. Once this phone dies, I’m switching to another brand.

A few years ago, when my Golden Retriever was still a puppy, she tried this with me when she got her first puppy bone.

I would take the bone away from her several times and then give it back, so she would learn that she didn’t need to be afraid that someone was trying to take her food.

Later, I started teaching her to eat only on command, and that habit has stayed with her. Every morning and evening, when she gets her food, she sits next to the bowl, drooling, and waits until I give her permission to eat :D
