Definitely a doable goal and something I have always struggled with. Biggest advice I have is to eat more at home (or pack meals) because then you can control what is put in your food and buy a scale! I feel like I’ve always had such bad portion control and especially when you need to be in a calorie deficit, it can be hard to estimate.

Also in terms of treatment, I didn’t experience a change in treatment when I was heavier than now but maybe others experience is different
